Thats a DDR-II.
DDR-I ram are rare now, AFAIK a new 1GB stick of DDR-I retails around 1700 bucks

AFAIK DDR modules are expensive than DRR2. I didnt knew the price have come down that much. I may be wrong, i will find out with the dealer and post new price. BTW my one is Transcend and it has life time warranty.
