Hello Guys ,

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:
Will be using for 3d maya and architectural work and gaming purpose

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:no

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:windows 7 or 8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:
1or2 tb

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: not now i have samsung S22B370H

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:
Monitor

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:within a week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:
Yes i can build it

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:
mumbai , depends ... but it will be really helpfull if i get the links of hardware where i can buy them.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:
I have searched the market but not finding those prices which are mentioned in thread. so it will be really helpfull if i get the links too.

Thank you & Regards

Thank you sir ,
but still have some questions about graphic card ?? Is fire pro series can use for gaming ?
can I change mobo with any asus or gigabyte ??
which ram will be better Kingston or corsair ??

Interior , exterior , vray rendering and composting with particles

I think a consumer GPU will be better as it will serve for both work and gaming. If the softwares you use have OpenCL acceleration, then an AMD card like HD7950 or HD7970 will be good as ther'll give great gaming performance as well as opencl acceleration.

What renderer will be used with V-ray? I guess its 3DS max.

Avoid AMD cards for V-Ray. They have poor support. V-ray is much optimized for Nvidia including both CUDA and Open-cl.

Workstation cards aren't a necessity here. Gaming cards will perform the best of both worlds i.e rendering and gaming. If V-ray doesn't find GPU acceleration, it falls back to cpu rendering in open-cl codepath.

By suggestion would be a GTX 780 considering your budget. If you want to save money, a 770 will also do fine.
A gtx 670 also has very good performance in V-ray as per many interweb reports.

Cilus's choice of components is fine. Just go with an Nvidia gpu and you're good to go. Workstation cards aren't a necessity here.

I guess you'll be doing these:

thank you all of you... really appreciated ....
but I am still confuse with graphic card, which one should I go for??
I did some research I found that all of the above points are true....
7970 and 670 can be used in games as well as in required software's ,
amd fire pro is more into performance but still we can play games on it ,
qudro series is totally used for 3d and professional work...
so guys please help me out.....

You should first think of work to play ratio. how much will you be doing of both? For basic games, fire pro may be enough, but if you are more into gaming, then things may change.

its kind of tricky question.... see for me its like I want to do work on it but I am a game freak too.... I play Dota 2 and want to play tomb rider , watch dogs , gta 5 , farcry 3 etc etc. with high settings....
it is something like I cannot put 100k only for games , work is also important for me....

Then get the nVidia GTX 770. As Vickybat pointed out, nVidia cards do have better performance in V-Ray and GTX 770 can accelerate your tasks preety fast and in Gaming point of view, you can play all trhe latest and most demanding games @ 1080P resolution with highest settings.

Case solved get Gigabyte HD7970 or GTX770.

No, as per the reviews of V-Ray tracing, AMD cards do have some issues with their OpenCL drivers and the application then get handled by CPU mostly which is not the case for nVidia Kepler series. So GTX 770 is a better choice here.
