Why not spend just a little more and get the FX 6300 ? FX4300 fails badly in single threaded applications against i3s and doesnt offer that much better in multithreaded also
FX 6300 is a much different story though, so id recommend you get that

yeah i checked it out and found out that it is better please suggest a mobo for it around 4k

Ga-78LMT-USB3
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P what about these

I think you should spend 5K and get a AMD 970 based chipset which are build form ground up for the AM3+ processors. It supports all the advanced features like Turbo Boost 2.0, Voltage handling and advanced software suites like AMD Fusion and AMD overdrive. Since you're not going to overclock very much, you can look for these two motherboards:-

Turbo Boost is AMD's equivalent to Intel Turbo Core where during single threaded or less threaded applications the core which are getting used get a speed bump (say 3.8GHz to stock speed to 4.2GHz Turbo Speed for the two cores which are being used) whereas the non used cores' speed get reduced dynamically (say 3.8GHz to 1.4GHz for the rest of the 4 cores in the processor). For implementing it properly, you need proper voltage control over AM3+ processors which is only available properly in AMD 9XX series motherboards.

Quality wise Gigabyte and MSI is normally over BIOSTAR and Biostar service is provided by Abacus peripherals.
