dont buy CSS, get CS GO instead

I have a lot of experience playing CS:GO and would suggest you get that. I have seen it requires very little bandwidth to play online. I always have BitTorrent downloads running in the background and the speeds don't dip. I have a 1Mbps broadband. Hope this helps. GLHF.

Buy the game wherever you get it cheap. I suggest you check Flipkart. You will get a key which you need to activate on Steam.
