you may need 800VA ~( I think), you can calculate it here eXtreme Outer Vision - eXtreme tools for computer enthusiasts
capacitor aging and other options keep them in mind to calculate longer run.

I think it will be OK. AMD recommends minimum 600W, and 2x7850 requires only 2 6-pin PCIe connectors.

Under max load also it would be fine.

The ivy bridge i5 3450 is a locked processor,has tdp of 77watts.
Overall GS600 should be fine for the config.

remember you need to keep 30-40% of buffer. capacitor drainage and other long term changes and additions. and PSU rating as well, here it would be 80 Plus
if I say it is 300W power consumption then 300 x 1.3 x 100/80 = 300 x 1.3 x 1.25 = 487.5. this calculation is same as what I was getting eXtreme Outer Vision.
Was pretty amazed to look at the energy efficiency of the core i5 setup. unbelievably GS600 would do fine for the setup

GS600 can deliver up to 48A on a single +12V rail.

According to most reviews a single hd7850 seems to consume around 250-275watts under full load with a i7 2600k overclocked system.
275W/12V=23amps.This is without taking into account leakage.

Amperage with i5 3450 would be even lower.

A good PSU with 45+ amperes on +12V rail should easily handle hd7850 crossfire with i5 3450.

Hello!
That is not a overclocked system at the first place.
2*hd 7850 draw much lesser power than 2*hd 6950.

hd7850 draws about the same power as hd 6850
According to reviews the hd7850 with an overclocked i7 2600k draws less than 300Watts under max load.
Even if you add another 200watts(though another hd 7850 won't draw that much more) it is still less than 500watts.
Moreover i5 3450 consumes much lesser power and is not overclockable.
There is enough room for overclocking.
Overall gs600 can handle hd7850 crossfire with your config.

Hello!
That is not a overclocked system at the first place.

the wattage I have put from eXtreme Outer Vision is crossfired system, i.e dual gfx rig and I also had marked with overclocked settings. It still holds good
