Hi. i recently downloaded d Vista Transformation Pack 6 frm a mirror site.everything went fine while customizing d options during setup. but during installation when it shows "copying new files" i get an error message saying d installation media or d setup file is corrupt. its a 30 MB file. so i downloaded in a period of 4 days using Opera 9.10's built in download manager, each day downloading abt 8 to 9 MB. so tell me is d prob due to frequent pausing n resuming or was d file basically corrupt?
sumbuddy pls help.........
btw i use a dial up

Downloads get corrupted sometimes. Opera's inbuilt download manager is a good one. You have no option other than to try once more.

Goto the site from where you downloaded it. Under the download details there may be MD5 checksum value. note it down.
Now, use a MD5 verification utility like this one and check your downloaded file's checkum value. If both don't match, then , probably there is a problem with the downloaded file...

It will work, but once you install it, it will check for updates and will ask you to download them. Ignore them and continue with your regular download.
