According to Benchmarks

Your CPU falls below Athlon X2 4200+ In performance. 4200+ is available for under Rs. 2,500 for a brand new CPU.

And your motherboard falls below the various 2.2K GF 7050 chipset motherboards commonly available for low end AMD Athlon Processors in performance.

For Intel configs, E6300 looses to E2200, available today for Rs. 3350, clocked at 2.2GHz, by a good margin, and DG965RY looses to Gigabyte G31 motherboards at 2.5K by a good margin. The new config works out to 3350+2500 ~= Rs. 6000, your asking price.

So consider lowering your asking price.
