Continuous disconnection in steam while downloading

happens every time irrespective of the game i am downloading or anything

Download settings:

Server :India
Game server browser(max ping/minute) : 1000
Limit: No limit

Would changing the server or server browser help?

If you are talking about non continuous progress bar while downloading games on steam, then its normal.

Have attached again. Yes I mean about non continuous download bar.
Any way to correct this by changing any settings?

It's normal for games using new content system. Observe that steam does lot of disk work while the graph is down.
