Hi...there could b 2-3 probs

one is that mebe the agp output is in NTSC and ur TV is PAL or vice versa

another is that sometimes using diff kinds of cables helps, like it mite be b/w in svideo to dvideo, but could b colour in svideo to composite

see this site i found stuff here - *www.realtimesoft.com/multimon/forum/messages.asp?Topic=2812&tmpl=UltraMon

warrior, I just connected my TV (Videocon 24 carat) to the system thru the s-cable and switched on the system. Initially it was not clear but when I lowered the resolution, it worked perfectly (though the picture is not as clear as on monitor).
Well, I had to adjust the system to PAL/NTSC to view it in colour. Try changing it the setting.

as krish said .. its not the cable
its the system

for india set it to "PAL-B" and everything should work fine. ..
