confused between netbook and tablet

Need one for casual surfing and basic microsoft office work.

Tablet (windows based such as lenovo think pad which has key board) OR AMD E 350 based 11.6 inch netbook (lenovo x120e) is better?

Need keyboard--must.

Budget around 25-27k
Can get from US.

I didnot ask any question really..o.p was confused between thinkpad tablet(which costs a bomb)and a dirt cheap netbook.
