confused about choices in 5.1 setup

well, I wanna upgrade to a 5.1 setup but am really spoilt for choices... the options I am looking at are
1) Altec Lansing VS3251E 3.5-4k
2) Creative T6060 3.5-4k
3) Logitech X-540 5-5.5k
4) Philips SPA2600 3.5-4k

well above are the choices for a new ones.. obviously will buy a Z5300 if I can get one 2nd hand *www.techenclave.com/images/smilies/happy19.gif

so now please enlighten the path for me... I have heard that Altec Lansing is far better at price to performance and sometimes even competitively and it has wireless remote too!!! *www.techenclave.com/images/smilies/confused1.gif

X540 is the best in all.
You can also opt for X530 for s light reduced price, which has sale soul, but in a different box

Also get a sound card, and audigy value has good vfm for sub 2k category.

hmm... was thinking of a Z5300 if I can get a second hand one. but no one is selling
