Composition for PC used in Animation and Vfx

Broken In
I want a composition that would fit for my uses on Animation and Vfx. I will use my computer for softwares like:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere
  • Adobe Audition
  • Adobe Flash
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Dreamweaver
  • Autodesk Maya
  • Autodesk 3dsmax
  • Autodesk Mudbox
  • Autodesk Matchmover
  • CorelDraw

I would like to go with Intel Processor if possible as Adobe recommends so, and obviously system specs. should be according to latest version.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run?
>> My purpose of buying this computer is to use it in multimedia tasks, I have already mentioned the applications above.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
>> I don't care about the budget but don't want to exceed 40,000. I can't extend this limit, its fixed.

3. Planning to overclock?
>> Doesn't overclocking decreases life of my CPU? I don't want to overclock.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
>> I am planning to use Windows 7 Ultimate, but will migrate to Windows 8 if my motherboard and graphics card drivers are launched for Windows 8.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
>> I think 500GB would be better, Adobe says to have 7200 RPM hard drive or better for editing compressed video formats.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor?
>> I have no Idea of monitors,

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
>> Instead of peripherals I don't have any component to use.
8. When are you planning to buy the system?

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
>> I have enough knowledge that I can assemble a computer.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
>> I'm free to buy online.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
>> 4GB or more of DDR3 of RAM. A proper graphics card with GDDR5 memory.

Pro/An---tagonist xD
"Instead of peripherals I don't have any component to use."

Peripherals= Elaborate. Which ones.

I don't know much about monitor, it must be LED and the ratio should be 16:9. What about 24"?
If it crosses the price limit then decrease the size but don't change the aspect ratio.

peripherals means i have a USB HDD, USB Modem, keyboard and mouse.

edit:The Workstation GPUs (Quadro/FirePro cards,& costly) are designed for 3D Rendering, which is different from 3D modeling.if 3d rendering is your main usage then a professional card is recommended but then you either have to extend your budget a bit or go for an amd config.
