>> I don't care about the budget but don't want to exceed 40,000. I can't extend this limit, its fixed.

>> Doesn't overclocking decreases life of my CPU? I don't want to overclock.

>> I am planning to use Windows 7 Ultimate, but will migrate to Windows 8 if my motherboard and graphics card drivers are launched for Windows 8.
5. How much hard drive space is needed?
>> I think 500GB would be better, Adobe says to have 7200 RPM hard drive or better for editing compressed video formats.
6. Do you want to buy a monitor?
>> I have no Idea of monitors,
7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
>> Instead of peripherals I don't have any component to use.

>> I have enough knowledge that I can assemble a computer.
10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
>> I'm free to buy online.

>> 4GB or more of DDR3 of RAM. A proper graphics card with GDDR5 memory.
