Pentium 4 overheat a lot. so if you overclock (bios is locked down for sure), you may run into trouble very soon and also overclocking Pentium 4 won't offer any performance gain.

@ OP - most of the OEM mobos like this can't be OCed and like sam said it's not worthy enough to OC the cpu you have anyway - so be happy with the stock clock speed
