Its a new one.... with 1 year company warranty...its infact a piece from the stock of the distributor and has a small scratch.
Please let me know which RAM should I ask him to upgrade

2 *1 GB 667/800 mhz RAM . (2 sticks of 1 GB RAM)

If it's 800 mhz then its better.
