Nope. Freedom to install our OS of choice (Android, Tizen/Meego, WP7, and others), in any handset of choice will be great though.

Well that is stuff of fancy so far. Hardware locked OSes make it tough.

dual booting mobiles are already there. but most are limited to the same OS different flavor.
