Clipping portions of Dvds

Hi guys,
can you guys plz suggest me some softwares that can cut certain portions of dvds and export them as single files? I really need them for my project,so im looking forward to your help.

U can try software like Xilisoft Video Coverter.U can clip the part and then convert these vob files into avi,mpeg or whatever format u want.If u are converting into VOB files itself please make sure that the source n destination files has some properties like frame rate audio freq etc etc..Good luck
