cheapest mini laptop

Which mini laptop is best to buy?
As I need it for only vedio chat & in XP mode only.
Asus E-pc, HP mini which ever is cheapest & work to my need I want to get that. Please guys help me to choose.

i think its for 16k, the Aspire one
with an atom, 160 HDD, 1GB ram wifi, bluetooth and a small screen[narrow screen edge].
its got gr8 vfm i think thought dun know bout quality or service.

The chaepest would be asus ones with linux and flash memory. But dont go for it , go for aspire one.

I think u should go for lenovo s9. It is the best netbook performance and price ratio. I am personally using it and is very much delighted. Its gr8 experience. U can easily find it for 16k.
Moreover according to me Lenovo is preferable over acer........
Rest is ur choice.

It should be macbook u r telling about. Because mac mini is a desktop.
