Cheapest 3G mobile phone with WiFi Hotspot Feature

Guys my Asus Zenfone 5 is in service centre for screen replacement & in such situations I need to get a spare phone which could have 3G with WiFi Hotspot feature.

No flashy features required & bar type phone is most preferred.

Filling up the questionnaire now...


1. Budget?
A: As low as possible just it should have 3G & wifi hotspot

2. Display type and size?
A: No preference here, Bar type phone will do.

3. Dual sim?
A: Not necessary.

4. Preferred choice of brand?
A: Any reliable brand will do.

5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)?
A: Not required

6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc).
A: Basic Java phone will also do.

7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready).
A: 3G with WiFi Hotspot necessary.

8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)?
A: Wireless Internet access on Tablets & Netbook when required. SMS & calling feature also required.

9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?
A: No

10. Any other info that you want to share
A: Cheapest Phone with 3G & WiFi hotspot feature. Decent battery backup too. Bar type phone

I was expecting some bar type phones under 2500 but I guess there is no single bar type phone with 3g & Wifi Hotspot.

In between I found Celkon Win 400 windows 8.1 phone to be decent buy @ 3700 but I feel like waiting for lumia 430 as it could be similarly priced.

Android at this price point will be pain to use so leaning towards windows os.

I'm expecting an call in 2 days from ASUS Service guys so will wait for few days.

If I'm getting my zenfone5 back in 3-4 days I can manage it somehow & I may have some more time to get the spare phone.
