Can't Get Into Libraries Files

My folders in the library folder(Document, video, music, and pictures) won't open. There's a green arrow appearing on the icon and the folders say Libraries-MS File if I click on them it doesn't do anything. My favorites in internet explorer are also showing the same green arrow. I've tried deleting the folders and then left clicking restore default libraries, but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

These are virus files, they have hidden the folder and renamed themselves with the folder name...

Install an antivirus and run full system scan...

Scan for virus and also try the step below

Delete all the files in the Libraries. Then right-click on Libraries and click Restore default libraries. This should solve the problem.

I ran Avg and found the virus and deleted it. Deleted the folders, restarted the computer and restored default libraries, but it didn't do any good. I ran another Avg whole computer scan but the viruses didn't show up anymore. So the viruses are gone, but still showing green arrows on my favorites and library folders
