Pl. go to ebay.in, click on buy section & search for item no. 5236293106. What hardware or software he is providing, If it is a software, can we download from the internet free or we have to pay Rs. 499/-.

On indepth analysis it is not a software or a hardware. According to me on payment he will send you a link to a website containing illegal or maybe legal access to 900+ channels as claimed. That's all I could make out. And be prepared to receive huge amount of spam.

It is not a good idea to go ahead.

But I m not satisfied with this answer, Techies-- any more views. That's a issue which must be solved.

Actually I was planning for it, because I have dataone connection but Navjot alerted me.

It should be explored.
