Wanted to buy a mobile from buytheprice using ICICI coupon.

reliability 6/10(read 5+ or 6-)

but they are not fast..they are waaay too slow than flipkart!!

I bought a mobile phone from them on COD. They called me for order confirmation within 1 hr, and dispatch was done within the same day (I ordered at around 11am). After that, did some follow-up with Aramex and got the phone within 2 days of order. Packing was standard bubble wrap and bill contained all essential information. Even though I bought the phone on offer, I received a completely sealed box.

Would rate overall experience at 8/10. No cause for compliants...
