oh paji sorry for delayed reply. forgot your thread. and i was joking about k. dont take it seriously. :)

some parts to consider -

Intel Core i7 2600k @ 16.5k
Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD7 @ 17.8k
G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL @ 6.4k
HD6970 * 2 CrossFireX @ 43k~
Corsair AX850 @ 11.4k
CM HAF X @ 11K
DELL Ultrasharp U2311H * 3 Eyefinity @ 42k

actually your budget is vast and i will post SSD soon.
i am myself getting confused now. :-?

not necessarily water cooling. Noctua NH-D14 is a great cooler. i have seen it better than H70.

some more things to consider -

Noctua NH-D14 @ 4.8k
ASUS Xonar Essence ST @ 9k
Logitech Z-5500 @ 16k

or you may want a 3D setup -

ASUS GTX570 Direct Cu II * 2
BenQ XL2410T @ 31k.

At that whooping budget, i suggest a gtx 580 sli or wait for upcoming 6990 and gtx 595. Will be more future proof.
For this a beefier psu like antec TPQ 1200w silver certified @ 14k would be great. Has got enough headroom even for a gtx 580 tri sli as it handled 4 gtx 480's in a 4 way sli easily.

Also a 3d surround setup can be considered later for an immersive 3d experience.

Thats really a lot of cash for a pc.

This guy is son of some rich *******. I met him once in Computer Warehouse checking the price of GTX 580. After then he is just killing me every day by asking these query.

BTW thanks Both.

Seems he is not interested in a 3D Setup, but in a More Multi Screen Setup kind thing.

Suggest me a 80GB SSD & 2x2TB in Raid 0 will give him a huge performance Boost.

@Jas: I believe the CF 6950 is worth a while but the budget is higher so 6970 CF|580 SLI or 570 SLI holds good.

How about the CM AX1200w.

This guy already owns a Bose Acoustimass® 15 Series III Home Entertainment Speaker System 5.1, I think he doesn't deserve anything else.

If the guy is not into physx and 3d, then amd 6970cf makes more sense as its cheaper and that added frame buffer really helps plus eyefinity allows more than 3 monitors.

Else gtx 580 sli all the way. He can utilize nvidia surround in this case. Check for the gtx 580 3gb model. This will definitely help in a multimonitor support. The added framebuffer works wonders for ultra high resolution as the gpu is held back by lack of framebuffer. Gtx 580 also has a lot better tesselation performance than 6970.

The corsair ax 1200 is an absolute gem but priced high at 19k. Plus it has a 7 year warranty and is modular and gold certified. But the one i mentioned is pure vfm and can very easily handle a gtx 580 sli.

Ya GTX580 if he gets a 3gb version is needed. otherwise 6970 crossfire rocks.

A Noctua NH-D14 is a good option, but i think H70 is more silent than Noctua NH-D14 @ full load.

Any comments ??

NH-D14 is cooler. supreme cooler.
Noctua is well known for their high quality silent fans. The NH-D14 comes with two fans, NF-P14 and NF-P12, the first being 140 mm and the latter being 120 mm. Both fans are extremely quiet at normal 12V operation, and both measure at 19 dB, but Noctua has gone the extra mile and included their Ultra-Low-Noise Adapters (U.L.N.A.) to reduce the fans' voltage down to 7V to further decrease fan noise. I found that at 12V the fans are both plenty quiet for my ears but die hard silence enthusiasts may want to make use of the included U.L.N.A. adapters for complete silence.

Infact we need to search more on monitors with thin bezels too.

would you like a lian li?

and ax800 will suffice. if you will tri crossfire then ax1200 will do good.

get a sound card. the one i mentioned. worth it.

and UD7 is supreme board. in oc3d review 2500k reached 4.9ghz
it performed better than asus maximus IV extreme which is 5k more!! asus board could gp upto 4.6ghz.
