a quad core with the speed of 3 GHz doesn't mean you will get a speed of 3*4=12 GHz. It means multi-threaded apps will have more cores and the work will therefore speed up.You will need to change the config quite a bit -

AMD Phenom ii x4 955 BE - 8k
Gigabyte 785GM US2H - 4.5k
2*2 GB DDR3 - 5k
WD caviar blue 500GB - 2k
Zebronics Bijli with SMPS (if you don't add gfx card) - 1.5k OR
Zebronics Bijli without SMPS + FSP saga 500W (if you will add gfx card)- 4k
DVD writer from lite-on/LG/Samsung - 1k
Mouse + KB - Logitech combo - 0.7k
Dell E1910 18.5" monitor - 6k
Total - 28.7k / 31.2k

^^ that mobo is the GMT-US2H. not GM-US2H. also its better to go with a better PSU even if no card will be added (now or in future) cause the parts will live longer & also the PC will consume less power (read efficiancy).
