Burn failures with Liteon SHM-165H6S writer

Hi There,

I recently bought Liteon super all format LH-16A1P writer. The problem is it's failing every alternate DVD that I try to burn. But when I do simulate then burn, no issues at all.

This is more like the problem that benq had few years ago.

Correction: The model number is LH-16A1p. Everything is properly connected and DMA is set to Multiword DMA.

Someone please help as I have to do simulate then burn everytime, resulting in 10-15 minute burn time for every DVD.
