Hii I am building a Config for my cousin within a budget of Rs. 30000. It will be used for programming, Visual Studio, .NET etc
Below are the components i have thought. I want suggestion to go for Intel or AMD based Config. UPS is not required

AMD Config
Processor: AMD FX 4100 3.6 Ghz Quad Core 6400
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 3500
RAM: Corsair Or Kingaton 4GB DDR3 1500
Hard Disk: WD 500GB Blue 3400
SMPS: Corsair VS450 or CX430 2500
Cabinet: Coolermaster Elite 2500
Logitech MK200 USB Keyboard and Mouse 900
Monitor: AOC/Benq Full HD LED 8500

Total 29200

Intel Based
Processor: Intel i3 2120 3.3Ghz Dual Core 6700
Motherboard: Gigabyte H61-D2H 3300

Total 29300

Comparing i3 2120 vs AMD FX4100 online, i found mixed reviews about both. So i need your advice
He might add a mid range graphics card like Radeon 6750/6770 later in 2 months. But Currently its not required
Please give you advice

Thank You

Intel i3 bro, you can compare i3 to a fx 4170 which can overclock higher. I ould advise gigabyte's b75 mobo as its the cheapest one with usb3, 1600mhz ram, pcie 3.0 and sata 6gbps supoort for 4k. Try to get i3-3220( ivy bridge) and couple it with kingston 1600mhz value ram. If you go with i3 2120, get the cheapest ram you can get.

And get cx 430 v2, its much more reliable than vs

Also the board I have specified has 4 ram slots so get 2*2gb ram instead of 1*4gb, dual channel you know ;)
