I believe you have a good 'future proof' budget for the CPU+mobo+PSU. A simple browse through of the 'PC Buying Guide July 2011' thread should throw up excellent options.

This thread will be of some help to you I guess.

P.S. I wonder why you would want a budget(equating it to basic) GPU now, when most processors include as much in their design. Simply have a good processor now, and buy a better GPU when you indeed choose to.

+1 for the above suggestion, Com@ddict. Since the OP is having a 22" display, he needs a little GPU power and AMD's new llano based Fusion processor is just fitted within the range. However another alternative from my side if OP can skip the GPU and wants a more powerful CPU.

AMD Phenom II X4 955 @ 5.5K
Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 @ 4.7K
Corsair GS 600 80+ PSU @ 3.8K

Total 14K. The reason is I think the CPU of A6 3650 is lagging the power to run all the CPU intensive works and a Phenom II 955 is a better option if OP can spend 4/5 K later to get a standard GPU like HD 5670/6670

Yep, the APU's CPU is a bit underpowered granted, but the Llano GPU already performs 80% of HD5670.

Would make the overall lesser on VFM. Nevertheless, if OP is into Video Conversion and stuff, the Phenom II X4 would be a better choice.
