Bt dongle not working with motorola phone manager

My Bt dongle not working with motorola phone manager.
I have paired my phone and also activated my bt DUN network but in vein....
It doesnt recognises my phone...

pls tell which bluetooth device u r using is is bluesolil

u can try this, install correct drivers for u r dongle then plug in the dongle in the USB port , activate the bluetooth in ur cell phone and touch ur phone with the dongle, wait till the connection is established and then u can transfer the data within 10 meters

m using bluesoliel.... all the drivers are installed.... i tried doing that also but.......
