Broadband Problem

Guys i'm on BSNL Dataone h750UL, whenever i'm using broadband on my PC the landline in other room give a ell lots of noise. i can't figure out wats the problem. Another thing wat download speed should i get with the plan i have.

the max speed should be 32 KBPS, and you may need to change the splitter to get rid of the noise.

If you are on a 2MBPS connection, you should have download speeds of around 256 - 500kbps. Also check your SNR in your Router Configuration Page. If its <= 5 decibel, then your phone line has to be checked! Low SNR can also lower your transfer speed..
