Broadband connection needed

Can anyone help me out with this?
I use dial-up and want to switch to broadband. I live in Dombivli-Thane Dist. Mah. Suggest me a good ISP and package around Rs.500/month.
If possible provide reviews for Sify Broadband.

what kind of surfing u want to do ...? i mean u want to stay online all the time or u want to do massive data transfer or money-is-the-main concern or u want a high speed internet dont think about money ? tell me that . I think u have options of sify,iqura,tata-indicom, MTNL .

tell us what u will do over net..then according to that we can suggest .
