Block Mytobvirus

How can i block the mytob virus from entering the computer? I have used the fixetob utility of Norton.It can delete the affacted file but can not block it from entering the PC.I have also disabled the sharing of all the drives in all PCs on my network but its still entering.Can anyone suggest a tool that can block the virus from entering the PCs?

what is the mytob thing anyway , whats it do , and I don't want any replies from a copy and paste search done on yahoo or google etc..

Have you patched your OS mate with this update?

Update the OS with this patch as soon as possible.Cause this worm hits out only against Unpatched systems which are vulnerable to LSASS exploit.
Depending upon the OS,download the appropriate & patch it.Also I would recommend a full system scan [a online scan maybe] & updating the OS with latest patches from MS Update.

put simply mytob is a worm that spreads via e-mail.

u can download a bitdefender and let it remove the entire virys files
