Hey Guys my black ops 2 starts well untill the activision logo then when the intro video comes it hangs and error comes.Is there any patch or update to fix this

is the game updated? if yes, revert back to what came out of the box.
BO2 received multiple updates but most simply fix the multiplayer side still apply the latest patch. may have fixed the crashing.
PS: i completed it on version 1.01 without any crashing.
