Bios Lock!!!!!

Hey Buddies !!!! I Want To Format My Hard Disk Bcoz Of Virus Infection !!!! But I Have A Serious Problem .i See My Bios Is Lock..
Whenever I Start My Pc And After Prssing Del The Bios Screen Is Coming But After Every Function Are Disabled I Want To Do Boot From Cd But All Function Are Disable.

Can Anybody Solve My Problem?

Open cabinet and u'll see a small coin-size Battery placed in ur motherboard, just remove the battery and place it back after a few minutes. It'll reset ur BIOS settings to default and the password will be gone

i dont give password .. that's not my problem .it is function locked .all the function are disabled ..i cant make changes in it ..
