If you link the pics here then it would be easier. BTW you can go for any cooler worth a few hundred bucks. The branded ones don't have any specific advantage.

I will suggest you to clean the Heat Vents on the side as well as the fans. Because of dust accumulation, such issues are commonly observed.

Next, Can you post why do you require a Laptop Cooler ??? What make you feel the necessity of laptop cooler ???

Just for a laptop stand or to dissipate the heat generated.

CoolerMaster has a lot of options. All you have to see is fan size, and most important the location of fans wrt vents. Also if you use laptop a lot on your lap go for belkin cooling lounge.

I ordered Cooler Master Notepal X Lite Cooling Pad (Black) yesterday through flikart..
and got it today in 24 hours.. tested and it and it is really dong a good job to keep my lappy cool.. another good product from cooler master..
