Best Tablet for watching Videos

I am planning to buy a tablet for watching videos. My budget is Rs 6000 but can go up if the quality is good.

7 inch will be small for me. So I am looking at 9 or 10 inch.

If i'm right, it's impossible to get a 9~10 inch screen tab, under 6000.
But you can get plethora of tabs under 7~7'1.

I think Ainol Nova 7 II , is good for video with a 7" IPS panel display. Might cost a couple more. But its good.

Btw , its hard to find 10" under 10k , let alone the quality.

@GearBox , I think , Novo 7 Aurora II has IPS screen. There is a thread for that tablet's review by RCuber.
Actually I was looking to buy one , but due to some reasons had to give up the idea of tablet.
