Best smartphone under 20,000?

I am looking to buy a smartphone under Rs. 20,000.

1)I'm looking for a phone which looks stylish.
2)It should have a big screen.
3)It should be full touch i.e. no qwerty keypads.
4)It should have a nice camera.
5)It should have a nice processor (preferably dual core).Does dual core processor matter that much?
6)It should have a nice battery life.
7)It is preferable if it has the latest android version (ice cream sandwich).Does the android version really matter that much?
8)The phone should not be too old.It should not be older than 2011.

So please give your expert opinion guys and help me buy a nice phone

or If you can afford a little bit more then HTC Sensation @22k

If you can extend your budget by just 2k then Sensation and Xperia P are very good options

I think your best bet would be Xperia P. But you would need to stretch your budget by 2k.
It has a brilliant 8mp camera, much better than the Incredible S and Sensation cameras.

Also looks much better with aluminum unibody
