Best Processor+Mobo for 3D Rendering ?

Hi guys,
I wanna do a lot of 3D graphics & rendering stuff. Can someone suggest a good CPU + Motherboard under 17k suitable for the task ?

Also like to know the price of a cheap nVidia Quadro FX card..

Intel Core i7 2600 @ 14.5k
Intel DH67VR-B3 @ 4.5k

i7 is hyperthreaded and will boost performance in multithreaded apps.
remember you cant oc this model.

Jas proposal is good within your budget. i7 is undoubtedly Champ as of now. Next Best thing is i7 2600k+Z68 which cant fit your budget.

And for Quadro look for Quadro 600 based on Fermi Series. Thats where it starts and moves up. For prices call the Online Vendors as most of them dont have them listed on website.
