Best Practical Budget Phone around 4k?

Hey,guys

I need a practical,budget phone around 4k.

I'm buying it for my mom,who doesn't care/need for ANY kind of big features like Wi-fi,Touchscreen etc. What she needs is a practical phone with PERFECT voice quality,battery life,build quality and maybe a run of the mill camera.
...So,at the end of the day,it should be able to make calls. I'm saying this cause i've bought a lot of phones with fancy,out of place features but ended up with amazingly poor voice quality.



Any help would be greatly appreciated as mobile phones aren't my area of expertise,of course,if she was buying a gaming rig then it would be a completely different thing.
