Best possible upgrade to SoundMagic PL30

Guys, I want your suggestions for upgrading from soundmagic pl30.
Budget below 3k, lesser the better . The music source is Nationite N2.

Following are my preferences in order..

1. SoundMagic E30 - @2190 from maniacstore but I doubt their Authenticity OR @2400 from SMC international.

2. Audio Technica ATH SJ 33 @ 1911 from flipkart. I feel its not comfortable for long time usage.

3. Signature Acoustics C-12 around 2500-2800.

4. V Sonic VSD1 - still to arrive here officially.

5. V Sonic GR99 - I doubt if its worth considering @1.9k

Which of the above will be best vfm upgrade?
I'm also open to other suggestions.

VSD 1 has got good reviews.Would be a change from SM

I have tried only E30

Pros are good sound quality,good bass and over the ear design.

If I'm able to sell my PL30 will get E30 first & VSD1 or SA C-12 in next month.
