Can anyone using/dealing with notebooks tell me which are the best notebook models today, which are available in India. Cost around 30,000 Rs. (approx).

i suggest Acer. Try it out. I bought it and it's good for the money.

Thank you all for your kind suggestions, I have just seen some notebooks from eSys and there configuration is good at a competitive price. If anyone of you have used any system or notebook from eSys kindly let me know your experience with the product and the services they offer.

I wud suggest u go for acer or compaq in that range... Intex, Sahara, Wipro r definite no-no if quality, reliability & service r main criterias.

My friend has used eSys and is happy with it except for the build quality. Bt eSys is definitely bettr than Intex and sahara
