bavusani - The AMD rig suggested above has more muscle power to run games due to the faster GPU. Also, Dell 2020m is not widely available any more.
Why not mix it up then?

OP, this is what I would suggest you get..

Intel Core i5 4440 -11500 (offline price. online 12k),
Gigabyte H81M-S1 motherboard -3750 (snapdeal),
Corsair Vengeance 4GB 1600Mhz -2700,
Sapphire R9-270X Dual X -14800,
Antec VP550P -3600,
Deepcool TESSERACT -2600 (theitdepot),
WD Caviar Blue 1TB -3800 (snapdeal),
Dell E2014H 19.5" LED -6100 (snapdeal),
Logitech MK200 Combo -750

TOTAL - Rs. 49600 (Rs. 50100 if going by online prices)

Bonus - F&D F203G 2.1 (since no one's mentioning speakers and I'm guessing you'd want to hear your games as well ;) ) - Rs 999

So yeah, final total Rs. 51100

I've skipped the internal DVD drive as most of us don't use it anymore. If you do, add a 1000 bucks there. Also, if you have an additional Rs. 2000, I suggest you spend it on the monitor and get a S2240L. In that case, your total cost should come close to 52k(without the speakers. 53k with them).
The keyboard, mouse are basic but will do the job perfectly!

This Intel rig will be faster in every game that is more CPU bound than the AMD rig suggested earlier. Also, the R9-270x is the minimum you should look at if you plan to play any game at high settings for at least 2 years.

Hope that helps! :)

2kool2btrue aren't games going multi core? So IMO fx6300 would be better.

Sure they will. Yet there is no modern game coming out that won't run better on the intel config than on the AMD FX6300 one. An FX6300 is by all means a much better and sensible buy than the i3 processors. However, in all game benchmarks I've seen even an overclocked FX6300 at 4.5GHz can't catch up an i5 4th gen processor.

What would you choose? 4 fast cores or 6 slow cores? I can assure you, even the likes of FX8320 cannot beat an i5 in gaming. If the games even start utilizing 6 or 8 cores, I have little reason to doubt that an i5 will still not be able to beat its AMD counterparts. I'm no fanboy but if the OP's budget allowed only an i3 processor, I would definitely have given a thumbs up to the FX6300 instead since it will be better in most current and almost all upcoming games.
When the OP can get an i5 processor, I have little reason to recommend the FX6300/FX8320 over an i5-4440.
Also, check out what Tom's hardware has to say on this -

Also check the Gaming CPU Hierarchy Chart. There is no AMD equivalent gaming CPU for an i5 2nd gen/3rd gen/4th gen processor.

Yes it will be supported but is not VFM IMO. Instead get Asus DCII version of 270X.

i would suggest to spend a little more to grab a full hd monitor. certain Benq models are available for around 7.5k or lower. if possible , i would suggest to get dell s2240l.:)

Yes, get a full HD monitor. A Benq GW2255 sells for around 7.2k. If you can (and if glossy screens aren't your concern) get the Dell S2240L. Or if you want to spend even more, get the AOC i2269VW :)

There is no point getting a vapour X at 16.2k. Either get a Sapphire Dual X at 14.7k or if you're looking to spend so much get the Asus Direct CUII at around 15.7k

In fact, stick with the Dual X and put that money into a better monitor. Try and get the AOC i2269VW if you can. It ups the Dell S2240L with a quicker response time, non-glossy display, an extra HDMI port and in-built speakers(yeah no one really cares about this one though).
