Best Free USB Tool

I am looking for free USB tool which helps in unauthorized use of Pen Drive. I am using USB Secure but it didn't help.I use it it another PC but instead of asking the password pen drive got opened.

Nothing can do that. You must use group policy to make that happen, and that too to local user accounts (with limited rights).

I didn't really get your question. You want a software to encrypt the drive or a software to decrypt a encrypted drive without password ??

Use an encryption software as suggested, there is no way to prevent the accessing of pen drives across different devices.
