Best configuration at a price range of Rs. 15000 at this moment

Please tell me a best configuration without monitor for a price range about Rs. 15,000.

My old computer config is Intel Cel 2.4 , RZ series Motherboard 8 VM533M-RZ(-C) VIA P4M533 chipset, Matrox Milleneum G 450 Dual Head Graphics card, 512 MB RAM, 160 GB HDD.

I am using dual monitor with this above Graphics card which helps to work in extended workspace.

I use it for study purpose and watching videos, browsing, listening music.

biostar 740G mobo for 2.7k is also gud with 7750+. But if u plan on an ati card, then 780g mobo will be better.
btw 9500gt price is 3.2k for 512ddr2 and 3.8k for 256 ddr3 XFX.
