these are still isolated cases...
When I did not get internet for half an hour continuously, I dialled BSNL up, lectured them for 5 minutes, when they told that the problem will be fixed in another hour, I foul-mouthed them and asked them to fix it now or "Face The Concequences". Got connected to a techie, and the problem was solved in another half an hour.
PS: being a loud mouthed impatient guy with a menancing growl and a threatening voice at his disposal, with lots of voice modulation abilities helps is these situations.
