Auto-Patcher Xp (Aug) Released

General Information
This release is based on the all-new AutoPatcher 5.1. Although it was made with Windows XP SP2 English in mind, it will load on any (English) Windows version, showing only the items which match the running environment. There are also special releases for Portuguese, Norwegian (thanks Corteoz!), Polish (thanks Marcin.Riki!), Greek and Dutch versions of Windows

After numerous posts regarding Microsoft's Anti-Spam finding spyware in the Messenger Plus! setup file, I decided it would be better to remove Messenger Plus! from AutoPatcher. Sorry.

When I clicked on Softpedia link in my Firefox browser, It opened another page which showed ERROR message:

403 FORBIDDEN - INCORRECT OR MISSING REFERRER FOR REQUESTED FILE

You are seeing this page because your browser made a request for a file but hasn't provided all the necessary information.
The piece of information missing is called a "referrer". The "referrer" should be sent by browsers when making a request to a webserver and contains the (address) URL of the page you were browsing when you clicked on the link that started the current request.

And when i opened the link in Internet Explorer, my DAP7 started downloading it but it asked username & password, which I don't know.

Right-clicking on the link and selest Save Target As also is not working...

Softpedia link is working, we have to visit softpedia for this. A red link is provided on the page to which we are redirected. Just click on it and start downloading. :idea:

How ever who want to download it since digit gives each and every new autopatcher release. :wink:

Turn off your firewall & get rid off the username & password. It then works fine with DAP.
