Automatic connection of NAS?

Hi Friends

I would like to create a NAS for my house media files.The NAS will be used to download torrent files during night time.
Okay here is the problem my broad band is through cable and for it work each time when i switch on modem i have to login using a browser based login and i have to keep that window opened else my connection will cut off

I am planning to conevert my old pentium D computer to NAS so is there any software that can help me automate the login
because i cannot hook up monitor and keyboard all time to my NAS

1. Is there any software that can do the browser based login?
2. Or is there any alternatives for browser based login
3. Cpu fan and power supplay fan cause irritating sounds when working normally or even in standby
4. Can i repalce both processor and smps fan with single water cooler system?

judging by your location and night download of files i guess you need an auto login script for Asianet broadband (correct me if i am wrong )
