Attachment in Outlook 2003

Hi, Friends,

I prepared a mail in MS Word 2003 and inserted a file in the document, converted the content into word icon and hit the send button.

The problem is that, as my friend recieves my mail couldn't open the attachment as it appears as a picture of MS Word ICON.

I've attached the pdf screenshot.

Please see and give me a way.
Normal attachment can be done but this one is the mind bunggling.

Error in sense? Could not open alright, but what is the error message that your friend is getting?

Ask him to right click on the image icon of word and save it.
