asus or gigabyte for amd x61090 ?

I have asus -m5a88m in my mind, pls suggest me if gigabyte is better and also suggest the model name in gigabyte mobo if its better than Wat I have chosen .

Stock cooler and I won't over clock much ,
might purchase cooler in future
