[Query] Asus Motherboard RMA

Send the RMA for Repair/Replacement through Bilaspur Computer Care Service Center. The guy there did got the pins repaired, I am hoping that now I won't face the problem with Warranty but the only problem is that he didn't mentioned the problem correctly.
He just wrote "ALL GRAPHICS SLOT NOT WORKING/STABILITY"

However the real problem is that
1. Second GPU slot not working
2. PC crashes after every 30-60 mins.

I am worried that even if Asus repairs the GPU slot then I might get the faulty with Stability issues as he didn't mentioned them correctly. Should I mail ASUS.
If so please give me their Email Address.

Got the repaired Motherboard today. As for now working fine, haven't played any games on it though. Lets see how it handles stress when I play.
