ASUS mobo s/w requirement..

hello frndz

I have Asus Mobo.
When i inserted the ASUS disc. few s/w comes in the dialog box..
i install EPU-6 Engine driver.
can you tell me what others drivers and utilities are important for my PC?

^^ I don't think those apps are REALLY needed for any practical purpose.

Instead using those use HWmonitor to monitor temp and CPU-z and GPU-Z to know all the infos about your CPu and GPU.

Alternatively you can use apps like HWinfo32, SiW, crystal disk to get detailed system info.

Download latest drivers for your mobo and gfx card from inte and nvidial website for sound drivers get them from realtek website. Get latest DX runtimes from MS website

i have CPUz and GPUz..

what are these meant for?

and one more issue whenever i open Picassa.. after 1 min maximum.. there comes an error of "picassa not reposnding" in Win 7 64 bit.. is this coz of gfx driver?

^^ there might be some issue with picassa itself - try installing the latest version from it's website.

HWinfo32 and SiW is used for verall detailed system info - like all deatails about cpu, mobo, Hdd, gfx card minitor, optical drive etc.

Crystal is very good at displaying a lot of details and infos about HDD only.
